Terms and conditions of participation in the annual EURA conference 2017 in Warsaw (21-24.06.2017)

§1 The Conference is a scientific event. Substantial level of the debates depends on the Participants.

§2 A Participant declares her/his participation in the Conference by logging into the Conference system at www.eura2017.org

§3 A Participant confirms her/his participation in the Conference by registering in the Conference system at www.eura2017.org and incurring payment.

§4 Fees, presented at www.eura2017.org, are as follows

§5 A Participant may pay the conference fee either via bank transfer or via credit card: Visa, MasterCard[ML1]  (PayU)

§6 Participants who withdraw from the conference before 1.05.2017 will receive their fee back (deducted by 50 EUR organizational fees). After 1.05.2017 no fee return is possible.

§7 If a mobile workshop does not take place (due to organizational reasons), Participant will be refunded the full cost of a workshop.

§8 All refunds will take place 4 weeks after the end of the Conference.

Refunds will be transferred to the card or bank account from which the payment was incurred.

§9 All complaints and reclamations will be considered by the Local Organising Committee within 3 weeks from receiving a complaint.

§10 The above mentioned terms and conditions cannot be transferred from one participant to another, unless the Local Organising Committee decides differently.

§11 All amendments and supplements to this document must be made in writing or else shall be null and void.

§12 The provisions of the Civil Code and other laws shall be applicable in issues not governed by this Document.

§13 The Local Organising Committee will do its best to settle all the disputes amicably. In the case the dispute is not settled amicably, the common court having jurisdiction over the Organiser’s seat will settle all the disputes.

§14 According to the Act of 29.08.1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Law no 101, 926 with amendments), all the personal data of the Participant provided on-line will be in the possession of the University of Warsaw, located in Warsaw, ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28, NIP 525-001-12-66, REGON 000001258 for the purpose of implementing this Contract. Providing these data is voluntarily, but compulsory for the participation in the conference. The Participants have the right to access personal data and change them.
